Conduct Becoming Ltd. is a CSR-branded business under the ownership of Prometheus Consulting since July 2009 dedicated to expanding business understanding and adoption of corporate social responsibility best practice. It offers a wide range of services to private and public sector organisations.

William Tate
Bill's expertise in corporate social responsibility, governance and ethics comes from his background in organisation psychology and strategic human resource management and development. As a visiting member of faculty at City University Business School he has taught 'Management and the Environment' on the Executive MBA programme. He wrote the new business-led advanced qualification materials on governance for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Author of many books and articles, he wrote The Industrial Society's corporate social responsibility manual advice on governance and leadership. Following a first career as an engineer, Bill became British Airways' Head of Human Resources Strategy & Planning.
