Stakeholder analysis and dialogue

A stakeholder analysis helps your organisation understand the key groups it interacts with and impacts upon, and their needs and concerns. Since these groups have the potential to contribute to the organisation's success or failure, their goodwill and support is important. By understanding the aspirations and concerns of its key stakeholders your organisation will be better able to develop constructive and planned relationships with each of them.

Conduct Becoming will:

• map your organisation's stakeholder network
• assess how each of your stakeholders represents opportunities and a valuable resource
• identify the range and nature of your organisation's obligations to different stakeholders
• determine any vulnerability in your organisation's implicit licence to operate
• establish how management of stakeholders impacts on your organisation's image, culture, policies, practices and supply chain
• facilitate dialogue with your key stakeholder groups.
